when is your store opening?

I’d like to get a few moleskines and wood portraits finished before I open it so I think around June! I’ll have some prints up as well so if anyone has any print suggestions let me know :-)

Printed off my zines yesterday and they turned out pretty awesome! I ended up using acrylic gouache for the covers and it printed out super nice.

If anyone is going to TCAF this year these will be sold there, and I include a random little portrait in each zine package (like what’s shown above but wearing different animal hats aWWW YISS).

If you can’t make it to TCAF I’ll be selling them in my store in a month or so as well!

Animals have always served as a source of inspiration to artists. From Stone Age rock paintings to 21st century creations, we have thousands of years of works featuring the animals that share our lives. They intrigue us like no other subject and we have shared our world with them for as long as we have been creating art. Yet, animals suffer horrible injustice at our hands.

One time all I had to buy was a tube of yellow but I still wanted to cry, like THERE GOES MY FOOD MONEY FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK. But also gouache is amazing.

jesus how much is the yellow?? do I have to sell my soul for it? you guys make it seem like i need to sell all my possessions for yellow gouache. I WON’T DO IT!!!
